RICHARD MONGELLI, ESQ. is the founder of Mongelli Law Group. Rich is a 1985 graduate of Wake Forest University, and a 1989 graduate of Seton Hall Law School, where he was a Member and Associate Articles Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review. Rich began his career with the New York City firm, Winthrop, Stimson, Putnam & Roberts, where he practiced corporate and securities law from 1989–1992.
DANIELLE M. DIODATO is an Associate in the Metuchen office. She joined the firm in 2014. Danielle obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, summa cum laude, from Monmouth University in 2009. She then obtained her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2012, where she served as student Director of the Appellate Advocacy program. Danielle focuses her practice on litigating a variety of claims in the areas of both commercial and general litigation from the start of a case through trial. She also has experience in effectively handling commercial and residential real estate transactions. Danielle is admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
